Horsetooth Reservoir is located roughly ten minutes west of Fort Collins. It's the entire main-level of a home on the edge of endless nature, yet close enough to Fort Collins/CSU to drive there in 20-minutes. There are many miles of trails surrounding the reservoir for mountain biking and hiking.
