I am at my wits end and I am writing a letter to them right now for one last try and also contacting the Better Business Bureau. I live in a cul de sac and the main line for Charter is located roughly 350 – 400 feet from the end of the street and there are currently 5 homes in this cul de sac. Ok if i owe you that glad to pay it but why should i pay the extra 78.00? It is obvious they don’t want to talk to customers.I believe it! I have been checking on availability for 6 years ans still nothing.If you can’t provide the service, get out of the way and let the government do it. Charter is hands down the worst cable organization. !WOW, T. Rutledge, you are a Spectrum employee! ,Shame, shame on this company! Had to reschedule again so they could have the right tool.

this modern age of computers suck and this company suck.I was considering Charter, but with these reviews I wouldn’t have it even if you didn’t charge me….and not having a customer service email address is a ABSOLUTELY BIG joke…..I live in the 63701 area code and we all here in this subdivision are getting ripped of by Exede, but from all your reviews that I have read I wouldn’t sign up with you if you had service here…..just like all the rest internet providers, you are a jokeTime Warner Spectrum has some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

We have been getting the run around since Mar 14 2017. Business tells us to contact residential, and residential tells us to contact business, and trying to get a supervisor on the phone is next to impossible. The problem seems to be resolved when they test it before they leave but begins happening immediately after they leave. It asks my favorite movie (Which I have none). Why is that? I spent more than 30 minutes today trying to explain the meaning of the letter to three of your people, to no avail. Now I have received a bill from Spectrum saying that because I didn’t cancel my service a second time, I owe them money because my account was not cancelled through the failed port attempts and that the phone lines were active even though I had vacated the offices. I just had a VERY frustrating service problem caused by 2 Spectrum repair personnel.

At 12:20 PM I contacted customer service and was told that they couldn’t communicate with the technician and didn’t know why they were late or what time they would be here.

I hope that the BBB stomps down on them after receiving letter after letter about their bad service.We are a fairly large corporate account. Corp. staff in CT and St. Louis were courteous and seemed competent, but were clueless about FCC requirements. Paying for bad reception is wrong and should be illegal!In July I took over managing a property and have no problems helping residents establish the service in which we pay for.
