The property is located 25 minutes from Burnet, 50 minutes from Llano, 90 minutes northwest of Austin, 2 hours north of San Antonio, 4 hours southwest of Dallas and 4 hours west of Houston. Gives you that camping/rugged feel without any rugged. - The cabins were nice, clean, and minimal. Effective immediately, Canyon of the Eagles will only reserve a minimum 2 night stay in any of our overnight lodging options which consist of guest rooms, RV and campsites. All of our guestrooms include coffee makers. We camped at Canyon of the Eagles Lodge & Nature Park in a Travel Trailer. All in all, a very beautiful park with very little to do (besides hiking--tons of hiking).
