I was very happy with the service I received.The product is excellent and the price is right.cannot get a better cell phone for the price with all the features,and you can not beat the service. I used to tell everyone how great their phones were, now I tell EVERYONE to NEVER buy one of their phones. only 1 out of 3 buttons on face of my phone work! It had error messages saying it was out of storage space even though I deleted all my messages, contacts, photos, etc and put in a SAN Disk card.
